Data and channel. We use your promotional-email subscription status and email address through the email channel.

Choice and withdrawal. Declining does not affect sign-up, login, payment, or use of the service. You may withdraw at any time in account management, and the unsubscribe link in an email is available without logging in.

Reconfirmation cycle. We reconfirm your choice at least once every two years. After that interval passes, we do not send promotional email without current consent.

Operational notices required for account verification, security, payment, or service use may be sent without separate promotional-email consent. We keep those notices separate and do not mix in sales solicitations for discounts or events.
